Guatemala Antigua Pastoral
This coffee is produced by the Fedecocagua cooperative, which represents 500 small-scale producers in Guatemala. Specifically, this selection is produced by three farmers located in the Antigua highlands, renowned as one of the best coffee-growing regions in the world due to its unique microclimate and volcanic natural fertilizers.
What sets this coffee apart is the location of the plantations, the mineral-rich soil, the mild temperatures, and the slow maturation of each cherry. These factors contribute to each bean's vibrant and distinctive flavor profile when brewed.
