Guatemala SHB EP

Guatemalan coffee is widely considered one of the best in the world and has a long tradition of cultivating and producing high-quality coffee. The country boasts an ideal climate and terrain for coffee cultivation, with a combination of high altitude, fertile volcanic soil, and variable climatic conditions.

The SHB (Strictly Hard Bean) EP (European Preparation) generic quality is a standard for Guatemalan coffee. "Strictly Hard Bean" means that the coffee is grown at altitudes above 1,200 meters above sea level, which contributes to greater bean density and slower maturation, resulting in a more complex flavor and balanced acidity.

EP (European Preparation) refers to the process of selecting and preparing coffee beans. A meticulous selection of beans is carried out to remove any imperfections or defects. Subsequently, the beans are thoroughly washed and dried before being packaged and marketed.
