PURCHASE CONDITIONS

We kindly ask you to carefully read these General Sales Conditions before proceeding with any purchase. By making any purchase, you fully accept these General Sales Conditions.

If you wish to buy one or more products, you can select them one at a time and add them to your cart. Once you have selected all the items you want to purchase, you can close your cart and place the order. At this point, you will see a summary page of the products you have selected, the price, delivery options (with their respective costs), and you will be asked to choose your preferred payment method. At the bottom of the same page, you will find the "Buy Now" button that you need to click to submit your order.

Your order will be considered a contractual proposal to purchase addressed to LBF Group Italia for the listed products. Upon receiving the order, we will send you an email confirmation of the order ("order confirmation").

The receipt of the order does not constitute acceptance of your purchase proposal. With the order confirmation, we only confirm that we have received the order and have subjected it to a data verification and availability check for the requested products. The sales contract with LBF Group Italia Srl will only be concluded when we send a separate email confirming the shipment of the order.

The credit card charge will only occur upon acceptance of your purchase proposal. In case one or more products are not available for shipment due to force majeure, a credit note for the total or partial amount of the order will be issued. The amount of the credit note will be refunded within 7 working days using the payment method used during the respective order. For payments made by bank transfer, an invoice will be issued with all the necessary information to complete the payment. You agree to receive the invoice in electronic format, which will be issued upon acceptance of your purchase proposal. If, due to discrepancies or other issues, the price indicated in our price list is lower than the correct selling price of a product, we will contact you to verify if you still want to proceed with the purchase at the correct price. If the correct price of a product is lower than the price indicated in the price list, we will only charge you the correct lower price.

Weight Differences:

Each of our products is carefully weighed before each shipment, so it may happen that once the order is placed, one or more products may weigh more or less than indicated (as it is a raw material, natural weight losses may occur during the storage period in our warehouse due to temperature and humidity). The invoice with tax value will be issued with the actual weights of the outgoing goods. In the case of a weight difference in favor of the customer, please provide us with your bank details to allow us to credit the difference to your advantage. If the payment was made via PayPal, we will refund the weight difference directly to your account. In the case of a weight difference in our favor, you can settle the difference on the invoice via bank transfer or PayPal.

In addition: A) The consultation of the website and the viewing of the products is always possible from any location in the world, but at the moment it is not yet possible to make purchases outside of some European countries, except for orders placed through our operator by phone. We are working to expand LBF's shop worldwide. B) The goods will be made available only upon receipt of funds. > See shipping and delivery times. C) Claims regarding quality will not be accepted after five days from receipt of the goods. > See what to do at the time of delivery. D) For any dispute, the domicile and competent jurisdiction for both parties will be that of the selling company. E) Any weight difference must be reported immediately after unloading the goods.

Shipping and Delivery Times: ITALY
  • Shipments are made to all Italian municipalities, including the islands.
  • All orders validated with payment by 11:00 are normally shipped within 48 working hours (except in exceptional cases of unforeseen unavailability of goods or excessive received requests). Please contact us to verify the actual availability of the product or if you need the order in a short time. Orders with bank transfer payment method are exceptions and will be processed only upon receipt of funds within 48 hours from their receipt.
  • Delivery usually takes place within 2-3 working days (additional 2 days are required for islands, remote locations, or disadvantaged areas) from the receipt of funds.
Shipping and Delivery Times: INTERNATIONAL
  • Shipments are made to many European countries (please check the list of served countries at the time of ordering).
  • All orders validated with payment by 11:00 are normally shipped within 48 working hours (except in exceptional cases of unforeseen unavailability of goods or excessive received requests). Please contact us to verify the actual availability of the product or if you need the order in a short time. Orders with bank transfer payment method are exceptions and will be processed only upon receipt of funds within 48 hours from their receipt.
  • Delivery usually takes place within 4-5 working days (additional 2 days are required for islands, remote locations, or disadvantaged areas) from the receipt of funds.

IMPORTANT: During holiday periods, deliveries may experience delays beyond our control, and the previously mentioned times are purely indicative. If you urgently need to receive the order during these periods, please contact us to verify the timing. Shipments are made from Monday to Friday.

At the time of delivery, please:

  • Verify the integrity of the goods.
  • In case of external material damages to the packaging due to transportation, write a specific description of the damage on the delivery note with a clear and certain reservation (not a generic one).
  • In case of weight difference between what is indicated on the delivery note and what is observed at the time of delivery in front of the carrier, write a reservation with a clear statement on the transport document, countersigned by the carrier, and send us the weighing receipt issued by a certified scale, also countersigned by the carrier.
  • All reports must be sent within 24 hours from the delivery to the following address: amministrazione@lbfgroupitalia.com.
  • Exchangeable EPAL pallets, if not returned, will be charged on the invoice at €15.00 + VAT per pallet.
  • Claims regarding non-compliant quality must be submitted within 5 days from receipt of the goods via email to the following address: amministrazione@lbfgroupitalia.com.

Attention:

All goods are insured during transportation, but if you do not explicitly state in writing on the transport document received from the carrier a reservation for possible damage or tampering, our company will not be able to issue any refund. The delivery note must be signed by the recipient (dual signature, both near the reservation and in the recipient field). In addition to the signature, please clearly indicate the full name of the person receiving the goods.

Payment Methods: Three payment methods can be used, selectable during the ordering process: credit card (via PayPal portal), bank transfer, or cash on delivery. The following cards are accepted:
