Yemen Al Hayma
Sheba Coffee, a family comprised of small, family-run farms, some of which have land sizes of less than 100 square meters. This ensures that all cherries are meticulously selected with incredible care and attention.
Al-Hayma is a coffee that grows on the outskirts of Sana'a. Coffee production in this region, like Haraz, is decidedly low but of high quality. The total harvest from some farms does not exceed 1.5 tons of coffee. However, in this particular case, yield is not everything. The harvest season in this region is always among the last in Yemen, as the cherries take much longer to reach optimal ripeness. Al-Hayma is situated at approximately 2,250 meters above sea level, and cherry maturation is very slow. It is known for its ancient history in coffee production.
